We're looking for acapable and motivated Financial Accountant to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract based at our Kenmore Head Office. This is a hands‐on role suited to an accountant who enjoys variety, thrives on problem-solving and is confident working independently.

Your new opportunity:

n

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be involved in a broad range of financial accounting activities, including:

n

- Month-end accounting, journals and reconciliations
n
- Financial reporting and variance analysis
n
- General ledger maintenance and integrity
n
- Audit and compliance activities
n
- Stakeholder engagement and financial support
n
- Process improvement initiatives
n

n

What you will bring to our team:

n

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting skills with excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Degree qualifications in Accounting or Finance
n
- CPA or CA qualification (or close to completion)
n
- Approximately 3-5years' accounting experience
n
- Strong understanding of debits, credits,journalsand reconciliations
n
- Experience in month end processes
n
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and SUMIFs
n
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail




n
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
n
- Ability to build solid relationships and communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with finance and non-finance stakeholders
n
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI and Power Query will be highly regarded
n

Eligibility requirements:

- You must have eligibility to work full‐time hours in Australia for the duration of this contract
n
- Hold a current National Police Check or willingness to acquire if requested
n
