About the Role

n

We're looking for an experiencedMaintenance Fitter to join our Dandenong-based Site. In this hands‐on role, you'll keep our fast‐paced FMCG operation running smoothly by ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and performing at its best. You'll play a key part in preventative maintenance, fast breakdown response, and ongoing site improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Carrying out preventative and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment

n

Diagnosing faults and performing breakdown repairs quickly and effectively

n

Supporting installation of new machinery and upgrades

n

Maintaining packing and palletising equipment

n





Managing spare parts and maintenance records

n

Working closely with production to keep lines running efficiently

n

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

n

Ensuring all work meets WHS and Australian safety standards

n

What You'll Bring

n

Strong experience in maintenance within manufacturing/FMCG

n

TIG/MIG welding experience (essential)

n

Solid skills in fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs

n

Experience with packing / palletising equipment (highly regarded)

n

Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks

n

A proactive, safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

n

Team player with good communication skills
