The role

n

We're looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our install crews in the field. You'll be responsible for building and running effective crews, making sure the right capability sits in each one, and scheduling full or partial crews to match where the work is. Jobs range from large, long-term installs through to smaller maintenance work. No two weeks look the same.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field with your crews, boots on, leading from the front. You'll manage the schedules, budgets, people and client relationships, but you'll also be hands-on in the work: getting across installs, working alongside your team, and setting the standard by doing, not just directing.

You'll be responsible for

n

Leading,



managing and developing install crews on site

n

Assessing crew capability and allocating people to match the job

n

Scheduling full and partial crews across multiple sites and regions

n

Delivering installs safely, on time, on budget and to Ferguson standards

n

Upholding WHS requirements and secure work practices at all times

n

Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

n

What we're looking for

n

Solid background in irrigation installation

n

Proven leadership, able to run and manage install teams

n

Strong understanding of WHS and safe work

n

Ability to operate machinery

n

Someone who fits the Ferguson culture and leads well

n

Willing to travel and work away from home

n

Valid work visa

n
