Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the day‐to‐day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and despatch.
n




- Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and despatched on time.
n
- Supervise, coach and motivate the warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence.
n
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking accuracy, productivity and dispatch performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock takes and cycle counts.
n
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
n
- Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and customer service.
n
- Use warehouse management systems effectively, with experience in Pronto highly regarded.

Skills & Experience

n

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

n

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
n
- A solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing and distribution.
n
- Proven inventory control experience with robust attention to detail.
n
- A proactive, organised and hands‐on leadership style.
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills.
n
- Strong problem‐solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset.
n




- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
n
- Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse management systems.
n
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
n
- A customer‐focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service.

Essential Qualifications and experience

n

n
- Previous experience providing warehouse and logistic support services
n
- We do not require you to have a forklift licence.
n
