UNICA Dining is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join their team in Liverpool. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic hospitality organisation.

What you'll be doing

n

Manage all daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation

n

Lead, motivate and develop a team of servers, bartenders and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

n

Monitor and analyse restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability

n

Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and implement creative menu ideas and promotions

n

Handle customer inquiries, complaints and reservations in a professional and timely manner

n

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

n

Support the overall business goals and objectives of the venue.

What we're looking for

n





Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in a high-volume hospitality setting

n

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

n

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

n

Proficient in financial management, inventory control and budgeting

n

Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and liquor licensing requirements

n

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

n

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
