Role: Senior tech delivery Lead Role

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end to end delivery of SAPSuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay solutions, ensuringalignment with business goals and timelines.
n
- Act as the single point of contact foronshore and GCC offshore teams, ensuring strong coordination, communication,and accountability across all delivery streams.
n
- Own and drive build, testing, and PRR(Production Readiness Review) technical activities, ensuring quality,compliance, and timely execution
n
- Govern solution design, configuration,integrations, and data migration to ensure scalable and robust implementations.
n
- Manage release planning, defect management,and risk mitigation to ensure predictable and high quality delivery outcomes.
n
- Collaborate closely with businessstakeholders, functional leads, and architects to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions
n
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, bestpractices, and governance frameworks across all phases of implementation.
n
- Drive continuous improvement throughautomation, standardisation,



and optimisation initiatives within the deliverylifecycle.
n
- Support multi country/global deployments,ensuring compliance with regional and organisational requirements.
n
- Provide leadership and mentoring to offshoreteams, fostering capability development and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 10+ years of overall IT experience withstrong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
n
- Proven experience in delivering SAPSuccessFactors modules: PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay.
n
- Robust understanding of SuccessFactorsarchitecture, integrations (SAP CPI/PI/PO), and data models.
n
- Hands on experience in configuration,releases, and production support.
n
- Experience in managing distributed(onshore/offshore) delivery teams.
n
- Solid understanding of testing strategies,PRR processes, and release management.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communicationskills, with ability to engage senior leadership.
n
- Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
n

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGMand/or Compensation/Variable Pay preferred).
n
- Experience in large-scale enterpriseimplementations, preferably in banking/financial services.

- Exposure to People Analytics and reportingsolutions.

- Familiarity with governance frameworks,compliance, and audit requirements.
