About the Role

n

We are seeking a passionate and driven Early Childhood Educator to join our experienced and supportive team in a full-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will:

n

- Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that support children's holistic development
n
- Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to foster an inclusive and stimulating environment
n
- Monitor and assess children's progress to tailor individual learning experiences
n
- Build solid, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within long day care
n
- Proven ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and regulations
n
- Able to confidently prioritise children's safety and child safe values
n
- Current NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (ACECQA-approved), Child Protection Training, Food Handling Certificate, and completed Geccko Training
n
