We're growing our Melbourne office and have a warm, established desk in Financial Services (Operations) ready to hand over. It's active, well-connected, and set up for someone who wants to build on existing momentum.

The opportunity

This is a true 360 role, where you'll take ownership of your desk while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

You'll have the autonomy to run your market properly, with the backing of a business that has built a solid reputation over 18+ years and continues to invest in growth.

What you'll be doing

n

- Managing a 360 desk across Financial Services (Operations)
n
- Taking over and developing an existing, active desk
n
- Building long-term client relationships
n




- Growing your candidate network and pipeline
n
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from BD through to placement
n
- Working closely with a supportive, high-performing team
n

What we're looking for

n
- 1-2 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
n
- Someone looking to step up and take on more ownership
n
- Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
n
- Interest in Financial Services and Operations
n
