About the Role

As an educator at CMCC, you'll help create engaging,inclusive and inspiring learning environments where children feel safe, valuedand capable.

n

You will:

n

n
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
n
- Deliver educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
n
- Support learning through intentional teaching and play-based experiences
n
- Observe, document and celebrate children's learning and development
n
- Contribute to a positive team culture
n
- Maintain a safe workplace in line with the National Quality Standard and regulatory requirements
n

About You

n

You'll have:

n

n
- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (HLTAID012), or willingness to obtain
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
n
