- $37 - $55.96/hr (depending on Qualification & Experience) + Director's Allowance + Super + Salary Packaging

- This is a full-time Fixed Term Contract, located in Airlie Preschool, Oatlands
n
- The service operates during school terms from 8:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Service Director to lead our preschool service – someone who can inspire educators, partner with families, and create a nurturing, play‐based setting where children thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educators
n
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
n
- Foster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the community
n
- Guide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity
n
- Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan
n

Your Qualifications & Experience

n

n




- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
n
- At least 3 years' experience as a Teacher or Early Learning leader
n
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practice
n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- A commitment to Uniting's values – Compassionate, Respectful, Bold and Imaginative

- Current NSW WWCC Check
