n As an Occupational Therapist at Arrow Paediatric Intensive Therapy, you'll join a passionate, neuroaffirming multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children and young people achieve meaningful outcomes.

This is a varied role with opportunities to work across our purpose-built clinic, schools, kindergartens and community settings. You'll be supported to develop your clinical interests while working collaboratively with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Allied Health Assistants and families.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
Delivering high-quality, evidence-informed Occupational Therapy services to children and young people.
n
Providing assessment, intervention and goal-focused therapy.
n
Developing individualised therapy programs.
n
Completing Functional Capacity Assessments,
progress reports and NDIS documentation.
n
Prescribing Assistive Technology and therapy equipment where appropriate.
n
Working collaboratively with families, educators and the multidisciplinary team.
n
Participating in school, kindergarten and community visits.
n
Contributing to group programs and Therasuit Intensive Therapy Programs.
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with skilled standards.
n
Participating in weekly supervision, mentoring and career development.
n
