Plus Fitness Punchbowl is seeking a motivated Assistant Gym Manager to help drive membership growth, deliver an outstanding member experience and support day-to-day club operations. This hands-on role blends sales, leadership, marketing and customer service.

You'll lead frontline staff, manage rosters, plan local campaigns and help maintain high standards across the club. Regular shifts across mornings, afternoons and evenings, with a supportive management team offering real gym-management
