Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Forklift Operator to join the team at Civilmart in Mittagong.

This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, supporting their team, and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
n
As a Team Leader / Forklift Operator, you'll play an important part in keeping the site running efficiently by:
n
n
- Operating forklifts to move materials safely across site
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Receiving and storing incoming stock
n
- Coordinating workflow and supporting team members
n
- Working closely with production and site teams
n
- Promoting a strong safety culture and leading by example
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Current LF Forklift Licence
n
- Previous Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
n
- Manufacturing, warehouse or production experience
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Reliable, motivated and team-focused attitude
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
n
- Experience handling building materials or bulky products will be highly regarded.
