As the HR Advisor you will join a high performing, large People & Culture team on a 6 month assignment which may lead onto other longer term opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role supporting employees across a large and complex well known organisation. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving and providing outstanding stakeholder support.

About the role
n
You'll be part of a centralised HR function providing advice and support across the employee lifecycle. Managing a high volume of enquiries, you'll partner with employees and leaders to deliver timely, accurate and customer focused HR support.

- Responding to HR enquiries across the employee lifecycle
n
- Advising on leave, contract changes and HR policies
n
- Supporting employees and leaders with HR processes
n
- Maintaining accurate employee records and system updates
n
- Interpreting awards and enterprise agreements
n
- Navigating multiple HR and business systems
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the go-to person for HR advice.

You'll bring:
n
n
- Previous HR Advisor or HR Coordinator experience
n
- Experience interpreting awards and/or enterprise agreements
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Confidence learning new systems and technology
n
