4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established allied health provider delivering Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children, adolescents and adults.
The organisation has a strong paediatric focus and provides individual therapy, assessments, reports and telehealth. Clinicians work closely with families and carers, with services designed around practical, evidence-based support.
About the Role
An prospect is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team on a contractor basis.
The caseload is predominantly younger children of primary school age, with a strong focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. The successful clinician will need to be comfortable working independently with this type of caseload and confident managing their own clinical workload.
The role is mostly clinic-based, allowing clinicians to see more clients per day and maintain a consistent workload throughout the year. There is also strong demand for community-based services, particularly outside school hours, giving you scope to build a mix that suits your availability.
Contractor rates up to $120 per hour considered depending on experience. Travel reimbursement is available for applicable community work.
You will have a high level of autonomy and can continue working with other organisations if you choose, although there is enough demand to build a substantial caseload with this provider.

What You'll Need
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current or eligible Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Relevant Working With Children and NDIS screening checks
- Australian working rights
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skillsConfidence working independently with paediatric and ASD clients
- Experience with paediatric disability or NDIS caseloads will be highly regarded
