Future Generation Joint Venture on behalf of SC Hydro Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for a Cleaner on the Snowy 2.0 Project in the Snowy Monaro region. The project is working a 14:7 roster, 10 hour shifts which may include days/nights rotating.

The successful candidate will have experience in:
n
- Working as key member in our housekeeping/Peggy team
n
- Ensuring guests at our village's return to rooms with clean crisp sheets, a tidy room, freshly laundered towels and a clean shower that can wash away the grit of a hard day's work
n
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
n
- Be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
n
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
n
- Time Management skills and ability to meet deadlines
n
- Physically fit and able to stand on their feet for up to 10 hours per day
n
- cleaning of amenities, office buildings, crib huts
n
- assisting with moving stock and parts around site
n
Housekeeping is not just about changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and restocking toiletries. It's about creating an setting that allows our residents and guests to relax, rejuvenate and re-energise.

You must currently hold the following tickets/licences:
n
- Drivers licence advantageous
n
- High Risk Work Licence - LF highly regarded
n
- General Construction Induction training (white card)
n
- Right to work in Australia
n
- Be able to pass medical and a criminal history check
n
- Current Hep A & B immunisation
n
These positions are in remote challenging areas with extreme cold temperatures which need to be considered before applying for these roles.
