About the Role

n

We're looking for a highly creative Content Creator to help bring the Lucy's Luxury brand to life.

n

Working closely with our Founder and marketing team, you'll create premium visual content across Instagram, campaigns and digital marketing. From founder-led videos and luxury product showcases to campaign shoots and Reels, you'll play an important role in shaping how our brand looks and feels.

n

If you're someone who loves visual storytelling, has a outstanding creative eye and enjoys producing content people genuinely love watching, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and feed content.
n
- Film and edit founder-led content.
n
- Capture beautiful product photography and video.
n




- Create content for campaigns, launches and promotions.
n
- Edit presenter content ready for publishing.
n
- Produce premium creative assets for our marketing team.
n
- Assist with planning content shoots and creative concepts.
n
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
n

Experience

Essential

- Experience creating content for a business or brand.

- Strong videography and editing skills.
n
- Confident using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
n
- Experience using Canva.
n
- Solid understanding of Instagram.
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Ability to work from our Byron Bay office.

- Fashion, luxury or lifestyle experience.

- Photography experience.

- Experience creating high-performing short-form video content.
