Job Description
Remedial Building Foreperson / Supervisor | Brisbane

Lead remedial construction projects with a growing and highly regarded contractor.
n
Our client is seeking an experienced Remedial Building Foreperson / Supervisor to oversee building remediation and repair projects across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for managing site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

The Role
n
Working across a variety of remedial and building repair projects, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage and supervise remedial construction projects on site
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and daily site operations
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
n
- Monitor programme, budgets, project progress and site productivity
n
- Identify and resolve construction issues and project risks
n
- Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants and project stakeholders
n
- Organise site logistics, labour, plant and materials
n
- Maintain compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
n
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to site teams
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
n
n
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or similar leadership role
n
- Previous experience within remedial, refurbishment or building construction projects
n
- Robust understanding of remedial construction methodologies and site practices
n
- Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
n
- Relevant trade qualification (preferred)
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
n
