Job Description

We're looking for an organised, proactive Studio Coordinator to join our Studios team. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of our studio — supporting bookings, equipment coordination, client-facing activities, and general studio operations. You'll be the glue that keeps things running efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Administrative & Booking Support

n

n
- Manage incoming enquiries and correspondence, responding or redirecting as needed
n
- Coordinate studio bookings and services— scheduling, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
n
- Prepare and manage invoices and payments related to bookings and services
n
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
n
- Support data entry, document formatting and general clerical tasks
n

n

Studio Operations

n

n
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studios and shared spaces
n
- Monitor and maintain studio supplies, equipment and consumables
n
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs
n
- Help implement studio policies and procedures for a safe, professional
n
- Address operational issues promptly, escalating where necessary
n

n

Support to Management

n

n
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting prep
n
- Assist with special projects and workflow improvements




n
- Research, compile information and prepare summaries to support decision-making
n

n

Team & Client Coordination

n

n
- Be a key point of contact for staff, clients and stakeholders
n
- Support studio events, exhibitions, launches and internal meetings
n
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication at all times
n

n

Equipment & Booking Assistance

n

n
- Support the equipment team by adding gear hire to bookings
n
- Assist with packing, checking in and tracking equipment
n
- Help keep studios and common areas clean, tidy and presentation-ready
n
- Help move and track client products before and after shoots
n

n

Occasional Reset & Maintenance

n

n
- Assist with supply pick-ups and deliveries
n
- Support painting, cleaning and maintaining cycloramas and set hire
n
- Help with setup and pack-down for events and special projects
n
- Keep the back-of-house area clean, organised and functional
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in a booking, scheduling or coordination role
n
- Background in hospitality or events highly regarded
n
- Robust organisational skills with great attention to detail
n
- Confident, professional communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
n
- Comfortable juggling admin tasks alongside hands-on studio work
n
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
n
