Job Description

Join R & R' as a full-time Call Centre Operator based in Kogarah, NSW. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone-based support to our valued clients. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be the friendly voice that helps our customers with a wide range of inquiries and queries. Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday To Friday.

What you'll be doing

- Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
n
- Listening carefully to customer needs and providing accurate information and solutions
n
- Logging customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
n
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance
n
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements
n
- Contributing to a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives
n

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
n




- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
n
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
n
- Proficient computer skills and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
n
- A flexible, adaptable and resilient approach to work
n
