- 8+ years leading structural delivery on Tier 1 or Tier 2 infrastructure projects

- Deep understanding of structural engineering principles — piling, concrete, steel, formwork, post-tensioning

- Commercial acumen that goes beyond tracking costs — variations, claims, EOTs, forecasting
n
- Stakeholder management across clients, designers, construction teams, and supply chain
n
- Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction Management
