Operations Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? We're looking for a proactive Operations Supervisor to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

n

As the link between management, admin, field crews and clients, you'll ensure resources, people and equipment are coordinated to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

n

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects while supporting our field teams to achieve outstanding results.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple projects and crews.
n
- Plan and allocate labour, plant, equipment and materials.
n
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
n
- Supervise field staff and provide leadership and direction.
n
- Monitor project progress, productivity and budgets.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
n




- Resolve operational issues and keep projects on schedule.
n
- Complete timesheet approvals.
n
- Promote a positive safety culture and high-quality workmanship.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in an Operations Supervisor, Project Supervisor or similar leadership role.
n
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
n
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
n
- Experience coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors.
n
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
n
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
n
- Construction, civil, environmental or waste industry experience is highly regarded.
n
