With a strong project pipeline and continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and lead from the front.

The Role

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role running day‐to‐day site operations across civil, piling, demolition and excavation projects.

n

You'll be trusted to take ownership of your site — driving safety, productivity, quality and team performance.

n

- Lead and coordinate daily site operations.
n
- Supervise subcontractors, plant and labour.
n
- Drive a strong safety‐first culture (WHS compliance essential).
n
- Monitor program and keep works on schedule.
n
- Problem‐solve on the ground and keep projects moving.
n
- Liaise with engineers, PMs, clients and suppliers.
n




- Ensure works meet specifications and quality standards.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in civil construction in Australia.
n
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (civil, demolition, excavation or piling).
n
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation.
n
- Confident leader who can manage crews and subcontractors.
n
- Able to read drawings and manage program sequencing.
n
- NSW tickets and licences required for site supervision.
n
