- Efficiently managing patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments.

- Assisting customers with fitting and purchasing footwear, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and products.

- Ensuring all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained according to our stringent hygiene standards.

- Providing assistance to podiatrists as needed, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

- Managing patient records, handling billing and payments and performing general administrative tasks.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the welcoming face of a dynamic healthcare team?, Advanced Foot Care Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist to join our vibrant clinic!, Advanced Foot Care Hervey Bay is seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join our Podiatry clinic team in a part‐time role, working 30 hours per week. For the right candidate, there may be an exciting opportunity for the role to transition to full‐time in the future.

The role is ideally suited to someone with a "can-do" attitude, a background in administration and someone who is process-driven.



There are endless development opportunities for the right person!, Ideally, we'd like someone with allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important! We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and quick‐paced team environment, and who are confident in meeting deadlines and working to achieve team‐based goals.

Ideal candidates will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including phone manner).
n
- Self‐motivated team player with a skilled presentation.
n
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite and comfortable using patient booking systems.
n
- A passion for excellent customer service.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask with close attention to detail.
n
- Previous experience within Allied Health reception and patient care is highly regarded!, If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you!
