Solar & Battery Electrician

RVB Energy is seeking an experienced Solar & Battery Electrician to join our permanent, in-house installation team.

n

Established in 2019, we deliver residential and commercial energy solutions across Victoria, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, air conditioning and heat pumps.

n

Our projects range from premium home installations to major commercial work for organisations including Melbourne Showgrounds, Ambulance Victoria and Victorian schools.

n

The Role

n

You will install, commission and maintain high-quality solar, battery and electrical systems across Melbourne, with occasional regional work.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install residential and commercial solar PV systems.
n
- Install and commission battery storage and backup systems.
n
- Complete switchboard work, wiring, changeover switches and backup circuits.
n
- Test, troubleshoot and commission completed systems.
n
- Complete required compliance documentation.
n
- Work alongside and support electricians and apprentices.
n
- Maintain high standards of safety,



workmanship and customer service.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.
n
- Current SAA solar PV and battery storage accreditation.
n
- Previous solar and battery installation experience.
n
- Current Victorian driver's licence.
n
- Construction Induction Card or White Card.
n
- Strong knowledge of electrical and renewable energy compliance.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
n
- Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude.
n
