Factory Assistant | 3 Days Per Week | Up to $45/hr

Vanketo.co is looking for a reliable Factory Assistant to join our small production team in Mullumbimby.

n

We make premium Australian-made van accessories, including magnetic window covers and insect screens. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone practical, organised and happy to work in a busy factory environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

This is a part-time role, 3 days per week, with an immediate start available.

n

YOU WILL BE HELPING WITH:

n

- Operating the CNC machine
n
- Cutting fabric and production materials
n
- Preparing materials for sewing
n
- Packing finished orders
n
- Checking product quality before dispatch
n
- Keeping the workspace clean and organised
n
- Helping the team with general factory tasks
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We are looking for someone who:

n




- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
n
- Can follow instructions carefully
n
- Has positive attention to detail
n
- Is physically fit and comfortable standing, lifting and moving materials
n
- Can work well in a small team
n
- Is happy doing repetitive production work
n
- Has some factory, production, CNC, cutting or packing experience, although training can be provided for the right person
n
- Must commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months. If you can't commit to at least 6 months, please do not apply.

PAY

n
- Base hourly rate: $30 per hour
n
- Bonus structure: Earn up to $45 per hour when daily production objectives are met
