Quilly is seeking a Team Leader to provide leadership and oversight across multiple SIL homes, guiding Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to deliver person-centered services. This is a leadership role focused on staff development, incident management, and compliance, not direct hands-on support.

You will work with Senior Support Workers, Care Coordinators, and the General Manager to ensure high-quality supports align with care plans, risk assessments, and NDIS requirements.
