About the Role

n

You will play a key part in supporting daily transport, freight, and inventory operations while acting as a central communication point between internal teams and external logistics partners. Accuracy, organisation, and proactive follow‐up are essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

n

Transport Coordination & Reporting

n

n
- Maintain the daily road transport manifest
n
- Track and follow up on delivery status for all consignments
n
- Act as the main liaison between Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, and carriers
n
- Process and reconcile weekly invoices from transport providers, 3PL partners, and international carriers
n




- Plan and book sea and air freight to meet delivery timelines
n
- Prepare and issue export documentation
n
- Manage delivery dockets for intercompany export consignments
n

Import/Export Coordination

n

n
- File import documents and liaise with clearing/delivery agents
n
- Coordinate container arrivals and export loading with the warehouse
n
- Monitor and update inventory information for 3PL‐managed stock
n

n

CHEP & Pallet Management

n

n
- Process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions accurately
n

n
