The Role
n
Highland is seeking a highly organised, confident and experienced Property Manager to join an exceptional team of hard-working and vibrant individuals.
n
This is a full time position based between our Cronulla and Sutherland offices depending on the successful candidate's location. This is a Monday–Friday role, with one Saturday required every three months (RDO provided).
n
Duties and Responsibilities:
n
n
- Managing a Sutherland Shire-based portfolio of approximately 160-200 properties alongside other experienced Property Managers
n
- Communicating frequently with landlords and tenants
n
- Collaborating with the Leasing and New Business teams
n
- Coordinating and carrying out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals
n
- Managing lease signings and key distribution
n
- Organising electronic filing of tenant and landlord information
n
- Actioning requests for tradespersons,
cleaners etc. in a timely manner
n
- Utilising PropertyMe, Inspection Real Estate, FlickitOver and more (training provided)
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required)
n
- Previous experience in Property Management (2-3 years' experience)
n
- Strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve - Professional communication and follow-up skills
n
- Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders and managing conflict resolution
n
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
n
n
