We're seeking an experienced and passionate Carpentry | Painting & Decorating| Building and Construction Trainer & Assessor to deliver following programs:

n

CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry. OR

n

CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, OR

n

CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction, CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Deliver engaging and hands-on training to domestic and international students in above programs(s).
n
- Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and industry requirements.
n
- Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance.
n




- Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
n
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
n

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

n

n
- CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry; OR CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating; OR CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction; CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) (or higher) or equivalent qualification.
n
- MUST have a current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
n
- Significant vocational experience in carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure.
n
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
n
- Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and compliance requirements.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
n
- Demonstrated experience in training and assessing within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
n
- Solid connections with the construction industry.
n
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
