Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Townhouse Site Manager to manage the construction of a 24-townhouse site in Morayfield, starting mid-September. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating trades, and ensuring the project is delivered to the company's high standards for quality and customer experience.

What You'll Do

- Manage site operations and progress across 24 townhouses
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and keep works moving to programme
n
- Oversee quality inspections, compliance and keep the project running to schedule
n
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and strong site presentation at all times
n
- Act as the key on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders (as required)
n
- Track and report progress, issues, and decisions to project leadership
n
- Support the team to deliver a smooth, well-organised build from start through to handover
n

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential (townhouses/units) projects
n
- Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and build processes
n
- Calm, confident leadership with a hands-on approach
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining the builder's quality standards
n
- Robust commitment to safety and professional site culture
n
- Current QBCC site supervisor or Builders licence
n
