The Rose of Australia Hotel located in Erskineville is a popular and busy pub where we serve our locals, friends and those hosting functions and events. You'll be working as part of a team in a fast paced venue delivering the magic that keep people coming back for more. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bartending duties in a lively and dynamic hospitality setting.

What you'll be doing
n

- Providing friendly and attentive service
n
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
n
- Taking food orders and delivering to the tables
n
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the bar
n
- Part of a team running multiple events throughout the weekend
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role at least 6 - 12 months
n
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
n
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and bar operations
n
- RSA certification must be obtained before starting employment
n
- Cocktail experience or RCG experience is an advantage
n
- A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
n
- You must be able to work over weekends, with essential availability Saturday on a regular basis
n
- Looking for extra shifts coverage leading into November & December
n
- Living local is an advantage, as is having transport to get home
n
