Jim Roberts Locksmiths is a Townsville-based locksmithing company that specialises in all fields of locksmithing & electronic security. We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join our management team.

This position requires managing a dedicated team that serves the company's rapid-pacedretail and trade sales and the automotive locksmithing & special keying department.

n

A4- to 6-month transition training programwill be provided to the successful applicant.

n

This is a salary position; the successful applicant will be offered an above award package based on their current experience & their future management position. You will be employed under the company's current EBA, which allows forall modern-day entitlements.

Basic Requirements

- Qld Security Licence
n
- Experience in the Locksmithing Industry
n
- Ability to train others
n
- QLD Manual Driver's Licence
n
- A Team Player willing to learn & implement new technology within the industry & company.
n
- Willing & able to follow and implement company policies & procedures.

Technical Requirements

- Experience with Promaster PM8 Master Keying Program
n
- Experience with Cloning & Diagnostic Automotive Work
n
- Experience in Retail Counter Sales
n
- Computer Skills
