We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Credit Support Officer to join our growing Credit team in Bundoora.

About the Role

n

As a Credit Support Officer, you'll provide operational and administrative support to our lending team, helping ensure loan applications are processed efficiently, and customers receive a seamless experience.

n

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, and customers while managing a variety of administrative and customer-focused responsibilities.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Processing and entering customer loan applications
n
- Preparing and managing loan documentation
n
- Supporting the credit assessment process
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
n
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
n
- Assisting with account maintenance and repayment enquiries
n
- Following up outstanding information and documentation
n
- Supporting reporting and operational functions within the team
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries professionally

What We're Looking For

You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives on helping customers.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous administration, customer service, banking, finance, lending, or operations experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications
n
- A proactive and positive attitude

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
