Finance leadership role with PE-backed B2B products business.

- High-volume products business, complex supply chain and distribution model.

We have been retained to find and appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a fast-growing B2B products business, backed by private equity. The business has a strong ambition to scale rapidly in Australia through a combination of M&A;, organic growth and value creation activity.

As CFO, you will report to the CEO and play a pivotal role in driving a major value creation agenda, ultimately steering the business toward a future capital event.

To be considered for this position, you should have the following profile:

- A proven track record as a CFO or Deputy CFO in a high-SKU, product-based business model (essential).
- Demonstrated commercial partnering experience,



helping to scale a business, growing revenue and profitability.
- Experience with strategic mergers and acquisitions, including post-acquisition integration.
- Exceptional financial management capability and a strong commercial CFO skillset.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- A hands-on style and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.
- Private equity experience is preferred but not essential.
- Must hold current working rights in Australia.
