Nikpol is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service & Showroom Consultant to join our new Prestons location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, has an eye for interiors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

n

You will be the first point of contact for showroom visitors and trade customers, providing product advice, processing orders, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Greet and assist showroom and trade customers
n
- Provide product information and recommendations
n




- Process sales orders and enquiries accurately
n
- Support phone and email customer service requests
n
- Assist with product displays and showroom presentation
n
- Liaise with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow
n
- Maintain high standards of customer experience
n

What You'll Need

- Previous customer service or retail/showroom experience (preferred)
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confident and professional customer-facing approach
n
- Interest in interiors, cabinetry, or building products (advantage)
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy with orders
n
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
n
- Basic computer skills (order systems/email)
