About the Role

n

Reporting to the Operational IT Lead, you'll provide day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and business systems.

n

You'll be responsible for resolving incidents, deploying equipment, supporting users both remotely and onsite, and contributing to a secure and reliable IT environment.

n

No two days are the same, making this an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and delivering exceptional customer service.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and business applications.
n
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and end-user technology issues.
n
- Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform.
n
- Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
n
- Support Microsoft Intune,



endpoint management and user identity services.
n
- Assist with network connectivity, VPN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
n
- Support software installations, licensing and asset management.
n
- Assist with system maintenance, patching and endpoint security.
n
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and enhance the user experience.
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service alongside strong technical support.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools.
n
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPN and Wi-Fi.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
n
- Exposure to ITIL environments is advantageous but not essential.
n
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for technology.
n
