Australian Concert & Entertainment Security – Sydney NSW

ACESGroup is seeking experienced, professional security officers to join our team, providing visible, proactive security at high-profile Sydney universities and public precincts.

n

In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a safe and welcoming workplace, combining foot and vehicle patrols with first-response duties to ensure people, assets, and operations are protected.

n

This is an active, hands, on role, ideal for those who enjoy being on their feet and engaged across diverse sites, working a 24/7 rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide a visible and professional security presence at your assigned site
n
- Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols to protect people, assets, and property
n
- Monitor behaviour, enforce site regulations, and maintain a safe environment
n
- Respond to incidents as a first responder, escalating and reporting as required
n
- Manage access control, entry points, and maintain accurate security records.
n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- A valid NSW 1A Security Licence (minimum 12 months experience preferred).
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
- Full NSW Driver's Licence.
n
- NSW RSA competency card.
n
- Additional certifications (or willingness to obtain): SEINS, Traffic Control, White Card, Fire Warden.
n




- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
n
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
n
