About the Opportunity:

n

This is a field‐based role managing the account base throughout the Melbourne West & Regional Victoria Region, with approximately 4 nights per month travel.

n

Business Development and Education Managers focus on 3 key areas:RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS GROWTH and CUSTOMER SERVICE and are responsible for the following:

n

Nurturing and developing relationshipswith an existing account base to achieve set company targets

n

Assisting accountswith sell-through initiatives, education & training and visual merchandising

n

Creating and managing a territory journey plan

n

Completing territory forecasting on a weekly & monthly basis

n

Prospecting salons within the territory to secure current business

n

Continuallystrive for sales excellence by providing outstanding customer service to all accounts

n

About You:

n





You are an experienced account manager holding field‐based sales roles for at least 2years

n

You are results‐driven with a history of hitting and exceeding service and sales‐based targets

n

You have a positive and resilient personality with a self‐motivated autonomous approach to work

n

You are analytical, numerical, and well organised with sound skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

n

Youhave a passion for the hair & beauty industry and fostering relationships!
