An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Head of Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations, capital works, contractor performance and asset planning for a private residence in Toorak. You will ensure the property is proactively maintained, compliant and presented to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes
n
- Oversee maintenance activities, refurbishments and capital works
n
- Manage contractors, suppliers, budgets and project delivery
n
- Ensure compliance with building, safety and regulatory requirements
n
- Implement maintenance systems, reporting and governance
n
- Partner with household leadership, consultants and senior stakeholders
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in high-end residential property, facilities management, construction or estate management
n
- Strong project, contractor and budget management capability
n
- Knowledge of building regulations,



compliance requirements and by-laws
n
- Highly organised, professional and solutions-focused, with exceptional attention to detail
n
- A confident communicator who can build trusted stakeholder relationships
n
