Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm, our centres are supported by a diverse team of healthcare professionals, alongside skilled administrative and nursing staff.

About the Role

n

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the team at Our Medical Ashmore.

n

You will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency, team performance, and the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the busy medical centre, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
n
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of administrative and nursing staff, including performance and training
n
- Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers to support the delivery of high-quality care
n




- Oversee centre budgets, financial performance, and workforce planning
n
- Drive a high standard of patient experience and customer service across the centre
n
- Act as a clear communicator and proactive problem solver
n
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
n

About You

n

- Proven leadership and management experience, with preference given to those with experience in a healthcare setting
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse team of staff and healthcare professionals
n
- Ability to manage a budget and identify key business levers
n
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care
n
- Experienced in workforce recruitment, rostering, training & development
n
