This is a transactional role with development opportunities. You will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business while gaining exposure to month-end processes and financial reporting.

n

Working closely with the finance team, you will help ensure the accuracy of financial data across multiple clinics and build your understanding of how this supports business performance and decision-making.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Daily allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments
n
- Processing supplier invoices and assisting with payment runs
n
- Preparing and assisting with payment runs
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple clinics
n
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
n
- Supporting month-end close processes
n
- Assisting with preparation of management reports, including P&L; analysis.
n

About You

n

n
- 1–3 years' experience in accounts,



bookkeeping, or a similar role (or relevant accounting degree)
n
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
n
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (preferred)
n
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
n
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
n
- Interest in developing a long-term career in finance/accounting
n
