A successful Site Manager should have:

- Proven experience in a Site Manager, Plant Manager or Production Manager role.
n
- Strong background within process manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, industrial manufacturing or related environments.
n
- Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
n
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental management systems.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience using ERP systems and production planning tools.
n
- Results-driven with strong commercial and operational acumen.
