- Cleaning public amenities and toilets

- Mopping and vacuuming floors

- Touch point and high-contact surface cleaning

- Waste collection and disposal

- Maintaining food court and common areas

- General housekeeping and presentation of the shopping centre

- Responding to cleaning requests as required
