Job Description

Lutheran Services is seeking a Creative Lifestyle Facilitator at Cabanda Aged Care in Rosewood, QLD. This part time role (approx 20 hours fortnight) offers a rewarding chance to design meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, connection and happiness for residents.

You will plan and run individual and group activities across music, movement, arts and storytelling, while collaborating with care staff and families to meet social and cultural needs.
