About our Client:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a busy People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple vacancies, and delivering a professional recruitment experience.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of positions.

n

Prepare and post job advertisements.

n

Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

n

Coordinate interviews and assist with interview panels.

n

Conduct reference checks and organise pre-employment screening.

n

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide advice and support.

n

Maintain accurate recruitment records within the HR system.

n

Prepare recruitment reports and monitor recruitment activity.

n

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.

n

Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.

n

About you:

n

At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role,



or relevant qualifications with recruitment experience.

n

Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.

n

Experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

n

The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

n

A collaborative approach and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

n

Diploma in Human Resources or a related qualification.

n

Experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

n

Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination principles.

n

Experience working in a large or complex organisation.
