An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join a growing business within the temporary power, energy storage and infrastructure support industry. This hands-on role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and commissioning generators, battery energy storage systems, lighting towers and temporary electrical distribution equipment.

About the Role

n

This position offers a mix of workshop-based work and field service activities across metropolitan and regional Victoria. You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting customers on-site, responding to breakdowns and commissioning power systems for a range of projects.

Success in this role will come from your strong technical capability, fault-finding skills, commitment to safety and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Service, maintain and repair generators, lighting towers, battery systems and temporary power equipment
n
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in both workshop and field environments
n
- Commission temporary power systems and equipment at customer sites
n
- Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs as required
n
- Conduct equipment testing,



inspections and quality assurance checks
n
- Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately
n
- Maintain high safety standards while delivering exceptional customer support
n

About You

n

n
- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
n
- White Card and current driver's licence (HR licence advantageous)
n
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
n
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
n
- Experience working on generators, lighting towers, temporary power systems or similar equipment highly regarded
n
- Mechanically minded with a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Reliable, proactive and committed to maintaining secure work practices
n
