- Role: Funding Operations Officer

You'll join a fast-growing international fintech that provides flexible funding to SMEs. Founded in Australia and now operating across APAC and Europe, the business has funded more than $1.5B in loans and is continuing to scale.

What you'll do

n

n
- Process loan disbursements accurately and on time, making sure payments line up with contract terms and bank statements.
n
- Review and reconcile refunds, repayment activations, and payment-plan setups across the loan lifecycle.
n
- Support loan operations from activation through to payment setup and settlement, keeping records clean and up to date.
n
- Manage commission calculations and weekly/monthly commission payments, with the right internal checks in place.
n
- Work through complex reconciliations across multiple systems, investigate discrepancies, and fix data integrity issues rather than just flagging them.
n
- Build reports and help improve operational processes with the finance leadership team.
n

Who we're looking for

You'll likely be a strong fit if you already enjoy detail-heavy finance operations work and take pride in getting the numbers right.

Must-haves

n

n
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and report building; macro capability will be highly regarded.
n
- Hands-on experience in technically demanding reconciliation work across multiple systems.
n




- Experience processing payments, disbursements, commissions, or closely related transaction-heavy finance operations work.
n
- Strong written and spoken English.
n
- A background in finance, funding operations, or accounting operations that goes beyond general admin support.
n

Nice-to-haves

- Around 1-3 years of experience in finance, funding operations, or accounting operations.
n
- Experience in lending, loan operations, or broader financial services.
n
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-volume finance environments with multiple concurrent deadlines.
n
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable financial or operational system.
