Job Description

The Essoign Club in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations under the Executive Chef. You will assist with preparation, cooking, plating, and service of menu items, while upholding club standards and recipes.

You will prepare mise en place, help develop menus, manage daily orders, supervise junior staff, and ensure food quality, portion control, and FIFO stock rotation. HACCP compliance and teamwork with Front of House are essential.
