Claims Manager | Leading Personal Injury Firm | 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We're partnering with a well-regarded personal injury practice to find an experienced Case Manager to join their Superannuation & TPD team in a senior, people-focused role.

What you'll be doing

n

- Managing a portfolio of Superannuation and TPD claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
n
- Leading, supporting and mentoring a team, helping to drive performance and confidence across the group.
n
- Allocating and prioritising caseloads and workflows to ensure deadlines are met and matters progress efficiently.
n
- Acting as the main point of contact for team members on technical questions, client matters and day-to-day problem solving.
n
- Conducting regular team meetings, sharing updates and contributing to process improvements.
n
- Preparing correspondence, claims documentation and submissions, and liaising with clients, insurers, super funds, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
n
- Monitoring claim progress, identifying risks and keeping files moving in a timely and organised way.
n
- Reporting on team performance, caseloads and emerging issues to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

- Experience managing Superannuation and/or TPD claims.
n
- Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a small team.
n
- Solid organisational and delegation skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to support both clients and team members.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of accountability.
n
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on while also contributing to team development and operational efficiency.
